About the Challenge:

• The Hero Challenge is an opportunity for us to honor, recognize, and pay tribute to a few of the many men and women who sacrificed their lives while serving others.  We hope that you can join us for the next 12 Weeks of brutal fun and intense work.  Visit the link below for details.
• Proceeds raised will be donated to local law enforcement agencies!

So Here is How it Works:

• ​​​​​​​Each week's WOD will be posted Saturday morning and must be completed and posted by 11:59pm the following Friday night to be valid.
• Post a Pic of Video every week (Instagram or Facebook) and tag @cfkingsville and hashtag #CFKHEROCHALLENGE in the post.
• A Hero WOD will be held every Saturday at 9:05am.  If you cannot make it on Saturday, you can choose any time throughout the week to complete it.  However, the WOD must be done at CFK.
• You do not have to be a member to join the challenge and since the WOD's must be done at CFK there will not be an additional charge to use our CFK facility.  If you are from out of town and would like to participate in the challenge you are an exception! *Contact us for details.
• If you miss a week, DON'T SWEAT IT!  There will be "Wildcard WOD's" posted randomly throughout the challenge.  The Wildcard must be done in addition to that weeks WOD.

Whats in it for you?

Anyone who successfully completed and posted all 12 Hero WOD's will receive the following:

• An exclusive CFK Hero Challenge Tee Shirt
• You will also be entered in raffles throughout the challenge for additional prizes.
• Even if you don't end up being able to complete the entire Hero Challenge, this is still an awesome opportunity that pay's tribute to some people who gave all they had.
