In 10 minutes, find a combined max complex lift of:

1 clean

2 Front Squat

1 Hang Clean

1 Jerk

Standards

Both the clean and the hang clean can be power cleans. The hang clean may not pass below the athlete's knees. The hands must remain on the bar during the entire complex. The jerk can be a power, split, or squat. Athlete must bring both feet together at the top of the jerk and show control in order for the entire complex to count. 

Mud Island Triplet - Part 1

In 16 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps of:

RX

5 Muscle ups

15 Wall balls (14#/20#)

50 Double unders

Intermediate

8 Pull ups

12 Wall Balls (10/14)

48 single unders

Standards

For the pull up, the athlete must start with feet of the ground and arms fully extended. The rep is counted when the chine breaks the horizontal plane of the bar

Athlete 1 must drop the sandbag inside the rig before athlete 2 can pick up the sandbag and start their carry.
