For time: Relay Style (Partners will switch every 500-m row, 1000-m bike, and 400-m run)

1000-m row: 500/500

2000-m bike: 1000/1000

800-m run: 400/400

Rx Time Cap: Men: 10 Minutes/ Women: 11 Minutes

Intermediate Time Cap: Men: 11 minutes/ Women: 12 minutes

For time: Relay Style (Partners will switch every 250-m row, 500-m bike and, 200-m run)

500-m row: 250/250

1000-m bike: 500/500

400-m run: 200/200

Time Cap: Men: 6 Minutes/ Women: 7 Minutes

Hippogriff: Part A

Event 3: The Hippogriff: Part A

(Rx)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:

1 rope climb, 15-ft

5 shoulder to overhead 155-lbs/105-lbs

*Partners switch every round.

Part B

Find a max complex in 7 Minutes of:

1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean

(Partners switch every attempt till failure or when out of time. If one partner fails out early, the other partner may continue without them.)


(Intermediate)

Part A

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 Minutes of:

1 rope climb, 12-ft

5 shoulder to overhead 105-lbs/75-lbs

*Partners switch every round.

Find a max complex in 7 Minutes of:

1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean
