The 151 Marion Mad Hatter will be held at CrossFit 151 in Marion, Iowa on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Register by April 22 to receive your competition shirt. Registrations after April 22 may NOT receive competition shirts. 

Same gender teams of two will compete in a minimum of three events  - choose between the Intermediate or Scaled Division.

EVENT TIMELINE

• 7-8AM       ----     Athlete Registration
• 8-8:30AM  ----     Event Briefing and Q&A
• 8:30AM     ----     First WOD begins!
• 3PM          ----     Award Ceremony*

* We have every intention to run ahead of schedule. Once we do we will continue to run ahead of schedule and the Award Ceremony will follow immediately after WOD 4. 

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
These standards are a general guideline to help you choose a division, it does not necessarily indicate the movement will be included in the competition. 
 
Intermediate Standards:

• Working Weights of any movement at 135lb Male/95lb Female

• Double Unders

• Toe to bars

• Chest to Bar Pull Ups

• Box Jumps

• DB Movements - 50/35

• Wall Balls 20/14

Scaled Standards:

• Working weights of any movement at 115lb Male/75lb Female

• Single Unders

• Toes above hips

• Ring Rows

• Box Step Ups

• DB Movements 35/20

• Wall Balls 14/10
