The Battle on the Border is a team competition with one male and one female per team. There will be Intermediate and Beginner divisions. The competition will consist of three workouts and a floater WOD as a tiebreaker.
Don’t be scared, it is designed to cater to those who are just getting started on their competitive path!
We know many of you love our WOD release videos- We will release the videos and workouts on the following schedule:
WOD 1 - 7 Teams Registered
WOD 2 - 15 Teams Registered
WOD 3 - 25 Teams Registered
WOD 4 - 35 Teams Registered
The categories will be similar to last year. While we haven't set the workouts yet, we do have some standards to help you decide if you should enter as a Beginner or Intermediate. We'll release the WODs over the summer via videos on our YouTube and other social media channels. You can see the 2016 and 2017 WODs here.

This is not the full list of movements in the workouts, however these are guidelines to help you know what division to register for.
You may not switch divisions once you have registered. You may substitute a teammate prior to the competiion.
