15/12 Cals Assault Bike, while partner A does 60 Double-Unders (Scaled 90 Single-Unders)

15/12 Cals Assault Bike, while partner B does 60 Double-Unders (Scaled 90 Single-Unders)

15 Synchro Toes to Bar

30 Synchro Wall Balls

Time cap: 12-minutes

Wall Balls: athletes must be at the bottom of the squat together.

Toes to Bar: athletes must touch their feet to the bar at the same time. For Scaled athletes, knees must break the 90 degree plane a the same time.

Event 2

For max load [15:00-25:00]:

Partner A: Snatch 1-1-1

Partner B: Clean 1-1-1

Each partner has a 5-minute window to complete 3 attempts of their designated lift. Power or squat are accepted. The heaviest successful load is counted to the team's total load. There is no designated transition time between the Snatch (Partner A) and the Clean (Partner B).

Event 3

8-12-16 rep rounds for time [28:00-40:00]:

Partner Deadlifts (405/275 lbs; Scaled 275/185 lbs)

Synchro Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20”; Scaled Step Overs allowed)

Time cap: 12-minutes

Burpee Box Jump Overs: athletes must touch their chest to the ground at the same time.

Event 4

Max reps, partitioning however you like between partners [44:00-52:00]:

2 minutes MAX Wall Climbs (Scaled modified Wall Climb)

2 Minutes Men: MAX Bar Muscle-ups/Women: Chest to Bar Pull-ups (Scaled: Chest to Ring Rows)

2 Minutes MAX Double Dumbbell Devil’s Press (50s/35s; Scaled 35s/20s)

2 Minutes MAX Calories on Rower
