Jump Rope Floater

Partner 1 does the Jump Rope Floater. Partner 2 will do the Couplet Floater.

Cardio Cardio

This is three-part WOD.

Both partners start with Cardio Cardio: 7 min AMRAP (R = Reps)

  • Partner 1: ride for calories on the Air Assault Bike.
  • Partner 2: 7 thrusters (Rx: #115/75, Scaled: #95/65) + 7 box jump overs (All: 24"/20")
  • Partner 1 & 2 can work simultaneously.
  • Once Partner 2 finished the thrusters and box jump overs, they switch and go again.
  • Partner 1: 7 thrusters + 7 box jump overs
  • Partner 2: air assault bike
  • Again, they can work simultaneously. Once another round of thrusters & box jump overs are complete, they switch again. Continue for 7 minutes.
  • Score is total reps of calories + thrusters + box jump overs.
  • Then 1 minute break to transition. Teams can load their bars during the transition.
  • Cardio Cardio Strength #1 is next.
  • Partner 1 (the one that started on the bike): has 3 minutes to establish a 1 RM: Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat. It's a complex. Both the snatch and OHS are done together. Snatches can be caught in a squat. Snatches caught in a squat and stood up must still be squatted again for the OHS component. Unlimited attempts and misses within 3 minutes. Partner 2 can help with loading the bar. This strength piece is worth the same as a floater WOD, which is half of a regular WOD.
  • Once the 3 minutes ends, there is no transition time.

75 second AMRAP for Reps.

  • Perform 8 sand bag cleans to the shoulder. It can be any shoulder. Legs locked out, hips locked out, 1 arm off the bag at the top to show control.
  • Rx: #150/100. Scaled #100/70.
  • In the time remaining, max rep wall walks. Each wall walk starts with a push up. Chest must touch the wall.

Partner 1:

  • 5 muscle ups
  • Arm-over-arm seated rope pull: 6/4 plates (partner 2 can readjust the rope and sled after)
  • 50' Farmers carry #165/135 per hand
  • 3 rope climbs
  • Go over 5 hurdles
  • 10 box overs (jerk boxes) (partner can assist)

Partner 2

  • Go in reverse order once Partner 1 completes it.

Scaled

Partner 1

  • 5 pull-ups
