On March 25,2023, Caution Fitness Facility in Miami Lakes will host the Caution Lift-Off. This USAW sanctioned meet will be a last Chance Qualifier for the Florida State Championships in Orlando, any NAO, and masters Pan American and worlds. All weight and age categories of athletes are open to compete. Meet information may be found at the USAW weightlifting website on BARS platform.
