Feed, Clothe, Love (and Lift) 2023

Once again, you can join CrossFit legend Rich Froning in a one day, 2 person team, 4 event throwdown benefitting Mission 2540. He'll be bringing some of his CrossFit Mayhem crew to join in on the fun, including Tyler Christophel, and Luke Parker. It all takes place Saturday, May 6, on the rooftop of the Amarillo National Bank parking garage in downtown Amarillo.

We'll have both an RX and a scaled Division. Teams can be M-M, M-F, or F-F. Compete alongside two of the best in the world in a fun, friendly competition.

We are a non-profit ministry based in Amarillo, Texas. Founded  in November 2004, we work with families living in low-income apartment communities. Through bible studies, resident assistance, and a variety of outreaches, we work weekly to Feed, Clothe, and Love our neighbors in need.
