Sled Push Nightmare

The WoD begins with both partners and an empty sled at one end of a 40 yard field.

30 burpee plate hops (onto a 45# plate)

20 G2O (45#/25# plate)

10 weighted sit-ups (45#/25# plate)

Drive sled 40 yards, add a plate (45#/25#), and drive sled back to start.

Repeat burpees, G2Os, sit-ups.

Drive sled 30 yards, add another plate, and drive sled back to start.

Repeat burpees, G2Os, sit-ups.

Drive sled 20 yards, add another plate, and drive sled back to start.

Repeat burpees, G2Os, sit-ups.

Drive sled 10 yards, add another plate, and drive sled back to start.

Time stops when the entire sled crosses the stop/start line.

There will be a 20 minute timecap for this WoD.

Scaled:

The G2O and the sit-ups will be completed with a 25#/15# plate. All other movements will match Rx.

Jump, Pull, Clean, Climb

20 min AMRAP; each movement must be split evenly. 

Rx:

128 double unders

64 pull-ups

32 hang cleans (135#/95#)

16 rope climbs

Scaled:

128 Single Unders

64 ring rows

32 hang cleans (95#/65#)

16 prone rope climbs (ground to standing position)

Campus Relay

Rx:

Each partner will run one lap around the campus (approximately 1.25 miles) in a relay-style race. Partner A will hand a baton to Partner B, then Partner B will run. If the team drops the baton during the handoff, both athletes must perform 15 burpees each before proceeding. The team's score is the total elapsed time.

Scaled:

Partner A will run one half lap around the campus. Partner A will hand a baton to Partner B, then Partner B will run the second half of the lap. The total lap is approximately 1.25 miles. If the team drops the baton during the handoff, both athletes must perform 15 burpees each before proceeding. The team's score is the total elapsed time.

CrossFit Total

CrossFit Total - 12 min timecap

Just like in the 2018 CrossFit Games, athletes will have 4 minutes at each station to get a 1RM for deadlift, back squat, and strict/shoulder press. Athletes will only get 3 attempts at each lift.

The team's score is the total of the highest successful lifts from each category added together from each partner.
