At the count of 3.2.1 partners will complete 3 rounds of 16 synchronized thrusters where they will both be at the full lockout position overhead on each thruster followed by 12 lateral burpees over the bar where partners will have their chest on the ground at the same time before getting up. 

All movements will follow "Open" standards and all judges will be Judges Course certified.

One Partner will complete 21 calories on the bike while the other completes 21 calories on the rower. Then both partners will complete 50ft synchronized KB lunges. The partners will switch and 1 partner will complete 15 calories on the bike while the other completes 15 calories on the rower. Then both partners will complete 50ft synchronized KB lunges. The partners will switch and 1 partner will complete 9 calories on the bike while the other completes 9 calories on the rower. Then both partners will complete 50ft synchronized KB Lunges.

All movements will follow "Open" standards and all judges will be Judges Course certified.
