WOD Details:

🡪Athletes pick which teammate is doing snatch and which is doing C&J. This is locked in for the entire workout. They may not switch

🡪The barbell must be passed back and forth after each rep

🡪Athlete’s get to decide what wait they use between 3 weights. The lightest load is 1 point per rep. The middle weight is 3 points per rep and the heaviest is 5 points per rep

Event Details:

This workout has a 15:00 cap on it. When athlete 2 finishes the 800m their time is their score for workout 2. They will go right into workout 3 for the remainder of the 15:00. Stick hand-offs must be made during the running portion. The AMRAP is also relay style. 1 athlete must finish an entire round before switching. The stick will remain with the resting athlete and passed after each complete round. Score is rounds and reps,
