Only one athlete/team will be tested in Broad Jump. The other teammate must do Sled Drag. No one does both Floater WODs. Each athlete must do at least one Floater WOD.

3 Rep Max Thruster
Both athletes have 8 minutes together to find a 3RM Thruster for each athlete. Parameters:
2 Minutes of Single Unders
Immediately following the 8 minutes for thrusters will be 2 minutes for Single Unders. Parameters:
Escalator
The "reward" for getting the work done in less than 4 minutes is 4 more minutes to attempt it again! And then potentially another round, with a max of 12 minutes.
20 Synchronized Burpees. Done together. Partners touch both hands to each other at the top of the burpee.
30 DB Snatches. Alternating. #55/35. One partner works at a time.
40 Box Overs.24"/20". One partner works at a time.
If your team completes it in less than 4 minutes, the team will receive 4 more minutes to do it again. The team can start the second round at any time.
If your team completes two rounds in under 8 minutes, the team will receive 4 more minutes to do it again. The team can start the third round at any time.
If your team completes three rounds in under 12 minutes, the team can continue to the next round. The WOD ends at 12 minutes. The score will be the total number of completed rounds + any extra reps.
Dead Lifts for 150 Feet
Partner A: 5 Dead Lifts #185/125 (Any stance)Partner B: Toss a #30/20 Dead Ball (toss in any fashion) as far as possible in his or her lane. (Outside the lane results in a "No Rep".) Then lunge to ball. (Knee must touch)Partner A: 5 Dead Lifts. Partner B: Tosses ball and lunges to it. Partner A: 5 Dead Lifts. Partner B: Tosses ball and lunges.
Continue in this fashion until Partner B lunges to the midpoint 75’ away.
Then switch roles.
Partner B runs back to the bar and completes 5 DL. Partner A runs to the ball and tosses it back and lunges.
Continue in this fashion until Partner A lunges past the Start line.
Then switch roles again. Keep going in this manner for 12 minutes. The score will be the total number of rounds and reps. A "rep" will occur when a Partner crosses every 15'. There are 10 reps in a round.

The Resting Partner from the Boulder Shoulder WOD is rowing for max calories. Calories stop being accumulated when the Boulder Shoulder WOD ends. The team with the most calories wins.
