Murph WOD

Doing the Murph WOD is FREE for our members.
Non-members can do the Murph WOD at a cost of $20.
There is a cost for the FOOD - $10/person (Kids 5 and under eat free w/ a paying adult).

Everyone needs to sign-up for the event via Wodify Arena.

Please carefully review all the ticket options to select the one best suited for your situation. Keep in mind that you can only register for one ticket type per registration. In order to purchase additional tickets, you will have to do a separate registration for each.

• For those doing the Murph WOD, each participant will have to do a separate registration. This is true whether it includes food or not.
• For those just coming to eat, you can buy a package for multiple persons. Kids 5 and under eat free.

We will have scaled versions of the Murph WOD available as an option so that anyone can get a great workout.

We will have shirts available for purchase at the event. First come first serve. $25 each.
