Sandbag

2-Mile Sandbag Run 

Notes:

Upon the sound of the horn, each team of two will begin their two-mile journey. One competitor will carry a delicate 40 lb. sandbag, switching as needed. If competitors should treat the sandbag too roughly and it breaks, they will automatically receive the time cap + 5:00.

Loading:

Squat/Lunge

EDM, Grime, and Trance are three separately scored events that take place one after the other. Upon the sound of the horn, partner A. begins. When finished, partner B. taps in and completes the second couplet. Both athletes will then rest until the 8-minute mark, upon which they will complete the final phase.

Eight minutes after EDM begins, partners will accumulate synchro thruster reps for two minutes.

Burpee/Pull-up/Wall Climb

52 Pull-ups (one athlete works pull-ups, one is hanging from rig)
13 Wall Climbs

Notes:

Upon the sound of the horn, partner A. begins working through burpee over buddy. Unless otherwise noted, partners work one at a time.

Clean

Notes:

Upon the sound of the horn, the first two teams make their attempts. On the call of "rotate," the current working athletes must have completed their lifts, and the next two teams begin. Teams will have a total of 40-seconds to lift. Teams will have two 40-second intervals and may make as many attempts as they like.
