"Jingle Barbells" is an hour long competition featuring back to back to back to back to back workouts of 12 minutes.  At first glance, this may seem a little overwhelming-But hold on!  The teams will consist of 4 members, 2 male, 2 female, sharing the load along the way!  THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL EVENT! We are reaching out to Rx, intermediate, and scaled athletes looking to put their hobbies to the test!
