Scaled, Intermediate, RX



12:00 Min Running Cloc

Every 4-MIN

1st 4 min: 40 Cal Row + Max Reps Snatch 

2nd 4 min: 50 Cal Row + Max Reps Clean & Jerk 

3rd 4min: 60 Cal Row+ ME Deadlift

Rx:  Full Snatch @ 135lb – 95lb / Squat Clean & Jerk @ 185lb - 125lb / DL @ 275lb - 215lb

Intermediate:  Snatch @ 95lb – 65lb / C&J @ 135lb – 95lb / DL @ 225lb – 155lb

Scaled:  Snatch @ 75lb -55lb / C&J @ 95lb -75lb / DL @ 145lb -95lb


For FF teams of ALL divisions, the row will be 30/40/50 cals, respectively.

Row is split between both partners any way but both partners must row at least 1 cal each round.

Reps for the lifts can be split in any fashion but each partner must do at least 1 lift each round.

Intermediate and Scaled athletes have the choice to go power or full squat on snatches and cleans.


8 minutes to complete:

Part A

100 wall balls

80 box jump overs

in remaining time…

Part B

max reps double unders

Athletes may divide reps however they like but only one athlete may work at a time. Each athlete must do at least one rep of each movement. Score is total double unders. Tie breaker is time to complete part A.

RX: 20/14#, 10’/9’, 24”/20”, must jump

Intermediate: 20/14#, 10’/9’, 24”/20”, may step up and step down, single unders

Scaled: 14#/6#, 10’/9’, 24”/20”, may step up and step down, single unders


8 Minute AMRAP

8 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

Rx: 135/95#
Intermediate: 95/65#
Scaled:  65/45#

Thrusters: First rep may begin with a squat clean 
Reps may be split between partners any way
Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees: Athletes must start on the same side of the barbell
Chest and legs must touch the floor at the same time
Rep is complete when both athletes are over the bar
RX athletes must take off with two feet

Top 4 teams go to Finals 

Standards to  follow the CrossFit Open  

Lifters, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, grips, belts, tape, compression bottoms are all okay

No lifting straps, gloves or wod wax

Space is limited for each division!
