A same-gender 2-person team competition is what is on the agenda for our 3rd Annual Swashbuckle Classic-Team Edition!
This year we will have a masters, beginner, scaled and rx division. Masters will begin at age 36. We will also have ONE WOD for an INDIVIDUAL kids division of ages 7-8 and 9-10. Please look over the divisions and only sign up the kiddo if they can perform the indicated reps, weights, and movements.
