2022 Arsenal Throwdown

The 2022 Arsenal Throwdown will feature teams of 3 (same sex) and a guaranteed three workouts for each team. There will be an RX and Scaled/Masters 45+ divisions for both men and women.

Cash Prize awarded to 1st place male and female teams in both RX and Scaled/Masters divisions.

Cost per Team:

Early Bird Tickets on sale until August 31: $225*

After August 31: $300

Teams registered before August 31 will be guaranteed a competition t-shirt.
