3's Company Competition will be a 3 person single sex team. There will be RX and Scaled divisions. Top three teams in each division will receive prizes. There will be three workouts total. 

 ALL Movements and standards for each division will be announced June 28th. All standards for movement will be consistent with CrossFit Games Open Standards. 

RX division be prepared for Rope climbs, sled push, Overhead squats, burpees, box jumps and more!

Entry fee will be $150.

Each participant will receive a t-shirt. Teams that sign up after August 8th may receive their shirts after the event. 

Due to heat, we will be starting the event at 7am. Please make sure you bring sunscreen, water, shade, etc. We do not have air conditioning. Event is set to run until 2:30pm on this schedule, but exact times will be available the closer we get to the event. 

Heat schedules will be released the week before. 

Food will be available for purchase. 

Parking Lot space will be available to set up pop up tents, BUT there will be some events outside. We will let you know of the spaces available as the event gets closer.

Refund policy - no refunds but transfers will be allowed. Please let us know if your team name/members change.
