First Heat/Kick off Time: 11am. HEAT TIMES WILL BE EMAILED OUT 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT.
Athletes will complete the following six lifts: Squat. Snatch. Clean. Jerk. Bench. Deadlift. The team will have 20 minutes to find each team members max in the designated lift. There will be approximately 5 minutes between each round. Event order will be announced during rules. Warmup time will be pre & post rules, questions, & staging.
Divisions: M/M, F/F
REGULATIONS:1. 2 person teams. m/m & f/f 2. Awards will be given to top 3 m/m & f/f teams determined by power ratio.3. Teams will participate in all lifts to qualify for awards. 4. This is a raw event. Knee & elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, compression & belts are permitted. 5. Each team member must sign the release form for official entry into the competition.6. Officials reserve the right to limit the number of teams participating. REGISTER EARLY!

All lifting will be done from a standard Rogue rack. Lifters will be responsible for adjusting equipment as well as loading barbell.
