Competition Day of details:

May 14th at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse (please park in the south parking lot between the stadium and the fieldhouse)

Doors will open for Athlete Check-In 8am-8:45am. There will be tables set up for each division, please find your division to Check-in

Spectators may enter anytime after 8am as well, $5 to enter will get you access all day for all the events. Kids 12 and under are free!

General Itinerary for the day-

   •8:00am- Check-In

   •9am- Opening and announcements

   • 9:40am - Heat 1 of first 2 WODs begin

   • 12:20pm- WOD 2 & 3 announced

   • 12:45pm- Heat 1 of WOD 3 begins

   • 1pm Heat 1 of WOD 4 begins

   • 4:30pm-Final announced along with top 3 male and female athletes (counts as 5th score, NOT winner take all)

   • 4:40pm raffle announcement/ silent Auction

   • 4:50pm- Finals

   • 5:15pm- awards and Closing

Hyalite Kids will have a Kids corner set-up to help entertain the littles! Complete with Bounce House, mats and coloring station! Parents will need to sign a waiver for your child and $5 will get your child unlimited bouncing!!! 

   • Hyalite Kids coaches will be present

   • This is not a babysitting service, please use responsibly. Thank you

Vendors-

• Silent auction item bidding will run from 8am-4:30pm, raffle tickets will be sold all day and announced after finals as well! 

 •Mountain Berry Bowls will be parked at the Fieldhouse from 10-4pm. 

•Plonk will be serving Beer and wine, Cash bar style from 3-6pm. 

•Lee Hemp, Sara Jean Snacks, Warriors & Quiet Waters, Hyalite CrossFit, Zyia Active wear &  The Phoenix will be set-up throughout the day so plan on taking a look at what they have to offer!!!
