Golden Ape CrossFit and Absolute Nutrition present the 5th annual Black & Brewed Team Competition!

NEW ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2022... We are adding a COED division!

Black & Brewed has grown into one of the largest fitness competitions in the state of Alabama. Last year was another record setting year for participation and this year will be bigger and better than ever! The event will take place on Saturday, Oct 22nd, 2022 at Campus 805 between Straight to Ale & Yellowhammer Breweries.

There will be 7 divisions in 2022:
Male Team Rx, Female Team Rx, COED Rx, Male Team Scaled, Female Team Scaled, Male Masters Over 40*, and Female Masters Over 40*.

* For Master's teams, both teammates have to meet the age requirement.

Campus 805 is an incredible venue to host a competition... multiple restaurants, breweries, and entertainment choices abound. The athletes can workout, grab a bite to eat, all while their families enjoy the amenities in and around the Campus!
