There will be four workouts, no floater! FINAL 4 COMPETE IN FINALS! 

All scores count towards your final point total.

SCALED:

PULL-UPS, LEG LEVERS (legs in front, past hip crease), WALL WALKS, SINGLE UNDERS 

DB: 35lbs/25lbs+

Barbell: G2OH/S2OH 95/65lb+, Snatch: Up to 95/65lbs
