The Lumberjack 20

Join us for our ninth annual Lumberjack 20 Competition!
Saturday, September 29th from 8am - 2pm.

Bring your CrossFit families and friends along for a day filled with fitness & fun! All athletes will be completing the Lumberjack WOD plus a floater that will be announced on the day of the competition.

T-shirt, food & beverage all included in the ticket price for athletes. There will be a handful of vendors and sponsors for this event. Podium prizes will be HUGE! Sign up for Men's & Women's RX, Scaled or Masters Division. We also need judges & volunteers. If you're interested your registration is FREE and you will also receive a free T-shirt, food & drink.

Required standards for division:

Women's RX:
Deadlift: 185#
KB Swings: 53#
OH Squat: 75#
Pull-ups: Chest to Bar
Box Jump: 20"
Squat Clean: 65#

Men's RX:
Deadlift: 275#
KB Swings: 70#
OH Squat: 115#
Pull-ups: Chest to Bar
Box Jump: 24"
Squat Clean: 95#

Masters Women and Scaled Women:
Deadlift: 125#
KB Swings: 35#
OH Squat: 45#
Pull-ups: Chin over Bar
Box Jump: 16"
Squat Clean: 45#

Master Men and Scaled Men:
Deadlift: 225#
KB Swings: 44#
OH Squat: 75#
Pull-ups: Chin over Bar
Box Jump: 20"
Squat Clean: 75#

This will be the second year we also have a Team Division. Each affiliate who has 3 or more competitors automatically is entered into this division. The affiliate that has the best average Lumberjack and floater scores will win a BIG prize.

FAQ's

Waiver

All athletes must sign our waiver form electronically before the competition begins.

What to bring?

Athletes make sure you have extra layers and rain gear just in case. Food will be provided after the competition and we will have snacks (Perfect Bars, Fuel for Fire, Kill Cliff) available for sale at our retail store. I also recommend bringing a tent and lawn chairs. If it's a nice day you can set up anywhere on the grass near the parking lot.

Parking Information

You can park along West Rd. or in parking spaces by the grass. Please DO NOT park in the Micronics parking lot behind the gym or in any spaces with NO PARKING signs.
