Rich Froning Jr.'s Mayhem for Mustard Seed Ranch Fitness Competition is a fundraising event for Mustard Seed Ranch. All the funds raised will go towards the operation of existing homes. Come test yourself against this 4-time World's Fittest Man and his team of world class athletes, or grab a friend and come watch the action! Either way, you won't want to miss it! This partner competition gives athletes from all over the world a chance to showcase their fitness skills, all while raising money for a great cause.

Friday Night Welcome Dinner

Join us at CrossFit Mayhem Friday Night, April 20, for the Welcome Dinner and enjoy food, fun and a silent auction. Tickets are $40 each. Sign up online or pay at the door.

Athlete Information

Team Info:

2-person, same-sex teams
Rx and Scaled divisions
$400 Team registration

Sign Up Instructions:

Choose a Team Captain, Team Captain should have individual email addresses and shirt sizes for all team members.
Team Captain registers and pays for your team, ability to split fee at time of registration. (**if second teammate fails to submit payment, team captain card on file will be charged day before event.)
Both teammate will receive a conformation email.
No Refunds.

Athlete Lounge access (athletes chill with Rich and his team in a VIP lounge featuring snacks, an Advocare bar and a catered lunch)

Our facility also includes a warm up area and will be staffed with local health professionals on hand to work on the athletes throughout the event.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for Men and Women Rx and Men and Women Scaled.
