About The Competition

The RPS THIRST For First II is a cash payout event for the top two (2) male and female competitors based on DOTS score for full power events only in the raw and equipped categories. Each category must have a minimum of five (5) lifters for the full amount of cash prizes to be offered (i.e. there must be at least 5 raw and 5 equipped competitors in full power events).
*For payouts raw is defined as any category that does not use assistive equipment like squat suits and bench press shirts. Equipped is defined as anything category that uses supportive equipment like squat suits and bench press shirts.*

There will be a maximum of 50 lifters accepted at this event, and is currently first come, first serve. We will use a waitlist if spots fill up prior to the two weeks out point of the competition.

Registration opens up on May 17th, 2022 at 12:01am EST.

Official Weigh-In Times:
Friday September 16th, 2022 - 9:00am to Noon EST; 5:00pm-7:00pm EST
Saturday September 17th, 2022 - 7:00am-8:00am EST
Mandatory Lifters Meeting: 8:00am-8:15am EST
Lifting Starts: 9:00am Saturday September 17th, 2022
Entry Fee: $100 for Competitors, $40 per crossover; $10 for Spectators At The Door (Children 10 and Under Free)
$25 late fee after August 27th, 2022.
Shirts: If you would like a meet shirt, please fill out the sizing information on the registration ticket. You will be responsible to pay during weigh-ins. Shirts will be $25 and you will need to be registered prior to August 27th to receive a shirt.
Awards: Cash Payouts To First and Second Place Men's and Women's Overall (Raw and Equipped) Via DOTS Score
Current Payouts: 1st Place - $500 and Free Entry To 2023 Fall Meet; 2nd Place - $250 and Free Entry To 2023 Fall Meet
