Crossfit Salvation Spring Fling is BACK in 2022!!

Spring Fling is an annual individual competition held by CrossFit salvation in Cape Coral that is back on April 30th, 2022. Compete against some of Southwest Florida’s fittest in Four scored events for a shot at the podium, and the best prizes around town! It will be a great way to see how your performance compares to another on your level, or to prove to yourselves that you can do an RX individual competition. Special early bird pricing will run through January 1st 2022, with each athlete who signs up prior to Jan 1st receiving a Custom "Competitor" t-shirt, and a Spring Fling Sign with your name on it. In addition, the first 50 athletes to sign up will receive a Spring Fling PVC Velcro Patch. 

This year we will be giving up to $500 in cash prizes to the RX division winners, which will include individual prizes PER EVENT for all first place winners!!
