16 sessions - Tuesday & Thursday for 4 weeks, running from July 11th- August 3rd.
2 Age Groups to ensure all players get the most out of the camp using drills and movements that are tailored for each age group.
The program focuses on key fundamentals and movements aimed to help players develop their game. This is a critical age range where players start to learn and develop habits that will last with them throughout their athletic careers. The movement and strength session will benefit every athlete for any sport they play. The program will be directed with professional-level instruction and overseen by O3 Baseball & The House Barbell Club
