The Big WODowski - Part III

It's time!!!! Grab your buds and get a creative team name! 

Bark River CrossFit's third annual summer competition, The Big WODowski - Part III. We love giving athletes of all levels the opportunity to showcase the work they put in! Some wods will be outdoors, some will be indoors (unless we have so many participants we decide to rent an outdoor rig). 

DJ Quadi will be back again to keep the athletes motivated and the crowds energized! 

Format: Teams of 3, same gender to celebrate this being our third year! There will be three WODs plus a floater WOD. Last year we threw a haybale at people (not literally) - what will it be this year? WODs will be released leading up to the competition.

Divisions: RX, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters 35-44 (all teammates must be 35-44), Masters 45+ (all teammates must be 45 or older) 

Registration: Each athlete gets a t-shirt or tank top, a bag filled with products/special offers from local businesses, and a chance to win some cool stuff! 

Prizes: We will have cash prizes and other kick ass prizes for podium winners. We also love to do random giveaways because we feel like everyone should have the chance to earn some kick ass stuff for showing up and putting in hard work! Who doesn't like to win new gear?!

STANDARDS 

Please note these are movements you should be able to perform but are not necessarily going to be programmed. WODs may also include other movements not listed below 

RX

  • Able To Cycle Barbell Movements: Thrusters/OHS/Front Squats/Hang Cleans/Squat Cleans/Snatch 115/85. Deadlift 225/155
  • Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, Double-Unders, Ring/Bar Muscle-Ups, Toes to Bar, Handstand Walk, Strict Handstand Push-Ups, Rope Climbs, Single Leg Squats
  • Proficiency performing any movements with dumbbells (50/35lb)

Intermediate​​​​​​​

  • Able To Cycle Barbell Movements: Thrusters/OHS/Front Squats/Hang Cleans/Squat Cleans/Snatch 95/65. Deadlift 185/125
  • Pull-Ups, Double-Unders, Rope Climbs, Handstand Push Ups, Toes to Bar
  • Proficiency performing any movements with Dumbbells (50, 35lb)

Scaled

  • Able To Cycle Barbell Movements: Thrusters/OHS/Front Squats/Hang Cleans/Squat Cleans/Snatch 45/35. Deadlift 135/95 
  • Single-Unders, Ring Rows, Hanging Knee Raises
  • Proficiency performing any movements with Dumbbells (35, 20lb)

Masters (35-44)

  • Able To Cycle Barbell Movements: Thrusters/OHS/Front Squats/Hang Cleans/Squat Cleans/Snatch 95/65. Deadlift 185/125
  • Pull-Ups, Double-Unders, Rope Climbs, Handstand Push Ups, Toes to Bar
  • Proficiency performing any movements with Dumbbells (50, 35lb)

Masters (45+)

  • Able To Cycle Barbell Movements: Thrusters/OHS/Front Squats/Hang Cleans/Squat Cleans/Snatch 85/55. Deadlift 165/115
  • 1 person Pull-Ups, 1 person Double-Unders, 1 person toes to bar
  • Proficiency performing any movements with Dumbbells (35, 20 lb)
